We as a school want to help Stand by Me to support children in Africa get clean water. We are doing a 1km walk because the children in Africa have to walk to collect their water which sometimes isn't clean. They have to carry gallons of water in very hot conditions.

Every day Stand by Me provide clean water for over 400 children who attend the Bethany School in Ethiopia, water that keeps children healthy and helps them to learn!

We want everyone in school to help us, so we are having a sponsored event on Monday 21st June in school. On the day we will play some water games and do a walk in the grounds carrying Jerry cans of water. We would like everyone to get some sponsorships and help raise money for Stand by Me who will use the money to help children in Ethiopia get clean water each day when they come to school. Please help us and encourage others to do so too.
