Ballyclare Primary School's Happy Feet

Today in class Jonny from Stand by Me joined us to tell us all about life in Africa.  Stand by Me look after over 1000 boys and girls in Ethiopia, making sure they get clean water, two meals a day, a school uniform and a life changing education.  Every year Stand by Me buy their girls and boys a brand new pair of shoes to protect every step they take as they travel to school. A brand new pair of shoes costs just £9 and we would love to give 15 children a brand new pair of shoes to remind them that they are loved and cared for.
