For one week from 13th - 20th February Glengormley Baptist Youth Fellowship will be sleeping on the floor to raise money for beds for children in Ethiopia.
Often we take for granted the things that we have and each night that is a bed to sleep on. Although we will have a week of discomfort it will be worth it because a bed can transform a family's life.
Two of the leaders have seen first hand the uncomfortable, cold, hard floors that some families sleep on. A week for us is nothing compared to the years they may spend on the floor. Every family deserves to have a bed, so we would love to raise enough money to change the lives of 8 families while showing them God's love in a practical way.
