On the 4th of June, I’ll be participating in the Bristol Triathlon to honour the legacy of my lovely Mum, Abimbola Funmilayo Mustafa.
Mum dedicated so much of her time and energies educating young people as a primary school teacher for 24+ years. She truly loved each one of her students and didn’t take lightly the responsibility to sow seeds of perseverance, joy and character into her young people. Mum was genuinely remarkable.
To honour Mum’s legacy, I’ll be fundraising for Stand by Me, a charity we’ve supported as a family for years, who care deeply about caring and educating children in the most vulnerable circumstances.
As a family, we’d love for you to (prayerfully) consider whether you could generously donate to this charity and support the work they do!
Thanks so much!

Stand by Me cares for over 3,800 kids around the world, from Myanmar to Colombia to Ethiopia. We take care to meet each of their individual needs from food and healthcare, to loving parents and quality education, enabling them to reach their potential, stand on their own two feet and become who they were created to be. Donations will be used to directly support the children at the Stand by Me Bethany School in Ethiopia.
