On Sunday 16th June Lighthouse Kids are taking on the Walk for Water challenge during their Mission Mile to raise funds to support Stand by Me children in Ethiopia. By walking around Ward Park carrying Jerry cans we will see what life is like for lots of boys and girls who journey down to a river or well to collect the water they need for each day which is often dirty.
By sponsoring Lighthouse Kids we will be helping to provide boys and girls in Ethiopia with clean water, soap and toothbrush and toothpaste to help keep clean. We know that it's often the little things that make a big difference in helping kids become everything they are created to be.
