On Tuesday 3rd June the pupils and staff of Mallusk Integrated Primary School are taking on a sponsored walk to raise funds to support Stand by Me children in Ethiopia . By walking around the school grounds carrying Jerry cans we will see what life is like for lots of boys and girls who journey down to a river or well to collect the water they need for each day which is often dirty.

By sponsoring the pupils at Mallusk Integrated PS we will be helping to provide boys and girls in Ethiopia with clean water, soap and toothbrush and toothpaste to help keep clean. We know that it's often the little things that make a big difference in helping kids become everything they are created to be.

Well done to everyone at MIPS! This is a great way to raise awareness of this really important issue, and to develop empathy for others whose lives may have greater or different challenges than our own.
