Steadfast Youth and CC Group are taking on the challenge of a sponsored walk to raise money for children cared for by Stand by Me.
On Sunday the 2nd March we will be walking from Scarva to Acton Lake and back. To make the challenge even harder we'll be carrying jerry cans, helping us to think about the challenges faced by many children who live in poverty around the world, and what life might be like in their shoes. The money that we raise will help meet the needs of some of the poorest children in communities where Stand by Me work, providing access to clean water, regular nutritious food, healthcare and the opportunity of a quality education.

Stand by Me rescues kids from extreme circumstances, then provides the care, love and attention they need to thrive. We care for over 3,800 kids across the world, from Myanmar to Colombia to Ethiopia, enabling them to reach their potential, stand on their own two feet and become who they were created to be.
