We're looking for an exceptional relationship-builder to lead the growth of our major donor and church partnerships. This is an opportunity to establish new relationships, inspire significant support and help more children and families thrive.

As Director of Development & Partnerships, you will develop significant new relationships and income for Stand by Me, with a particular focus on major donors and churches. This is a new and highly outward-facing role, offering considerable scope to grow support from these important audiences. You'll be equally comfortable meeting a prospective major donor over coffee, speaking with a church leader about partnership or creating opportunities for others within the organisation to share our work. 

Salary: From £50,000- £60,000 PA dependent on experience

Hours: Full Time
